1. Refund Eligibility Conditions

A refund of the Course Fee (INR 1,999) will be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are strictly met:

• You have completed 100% of all 9 course modules, verified through platform tracking data.

• You have attended all weekly live Zoom sessions during the full three-month program

(or watched the official recordings where applicable).

• You have consistently followed all trade calls shared in the Inner Circle Telegram group,

without skipping or selectively executing trades.

• You have maintained clear and verifiable proof of all trades, including entries, exits, and results.

• You have fully complied with all course rules, policies, and community guidelines.

• You submit a formal written refund request along with complete supporting evidence

within 7 days after completion of the three-month program.

Failure to meet any one of the above conditions will result in:

Immediate disqualification from refund eligibility

Approved refunds will be strictly limited to:

Course Fee Paid (INR 1,999) only

The refund will NOT cover:

• Trading losses

• Missed profit opportunities

• Taxes or government charges

• Platform / broker / exchange fees

We do NOT guarantee:

• Fixed profits

• Specific income (including ₹10 lakh or any amount)

• Success in trading

Results depend on:

• Market conditions
